High mountain views from the highland scenic highway and from the craberry back country wilderness in the winter snow. The highland scenic highway is a beautiful place to be in the winter. As you can tell in our other pictures the highway is not plowed, so snow builds up and you have to rough it. The same goes for the cranberry backcountry; you must hike in to see the winter wonderland that surrounds you with snow covered forests, trees and mountains.
